With an eye for retro and pop culture, Jennifer Perkins creates playful baubles that won't bust your budget.

As fun and playful as their name suggests, the Naughty Secretary Club is the brainchild of Texas native Jennifer Perkins. Perkins, a former secretary herself, decided to mix her love of pop culture and vintage jewelry to create her own fun collection of baubles. Since its inception, the Naughty Secretary Club has expanded its product line to include purses and home décor.

Signature Style

Perkins likes to create jewelry with vintage components and found objects. Expect to find plenty of plastic parts and genuine retro toys, charms, cupcake toppers, and cameos incorporated into her jewelry pieces. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by Perkin’s mom, sister, or by Perkins herself.

Naughty Secretary Club’s Collections

Perkins has created several collections for the Naughty Secretary Club. These collections are called revamped vintage, nostalgic notions, and nouveau baubles. Her revamped vintage collection is typically fashioned from some type of vintage jewelry components. Occasionally, pieces are created with several pieces of old or broken jewelry and stylishly reassembled to make a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.

The nostalgic notions collection consists of new vintage jewelry that was made sometime between the 1950’s though the 1980’s. Perkins sometimes puts a Naughty Secretary spin on these items. Nouveau baubles are basically reproductions of vintage jewelry. The Naughty Secretary Club does not make any of the jewelry featured in this collection.

Press

The Naughty Secretary Club has received a lot of media attention. Perkin’s jewelry has been spotted in numerous national publications like Lucky, Wall Street Journal, Teen Vogue, New York Times, Seventeen, Bust, Elle Accessories, and Alternative Press. Her jewelry has also been featured on TV programs such as “Knitty Gritty” and “Craft Corner Death Match” and movies such as the “Bad News Bears” and “Idiocracy.” Even singer Lisa Loeb was spotted wearing one of Perkin’s fabulous creations.

Fun Jewelry for Women on a Budget

One of the best things about Naughty Secretary Club jewelry that it is unique and affordable. With most pieces under $30, you won’t feel guilty about picking up one of these handcrafted kitsch beauties. Additionally, since Perkins uses broken jewelry bits and baubles, you can feel good that you are purchasing something that didn’t wind up in the local landfill.

One-Year Guarantee

All Naughty Secretary Club jewelry is guaranteed for a year. If your jewelry breaks, you can contact them and they will try to fix it. Now, that’s great customer service!
